Does open tracking work in Zoho Mail?

Yes. The mailcheck extension works in the web version of both Gmail and Zoho Mail. You enable tracking per email from the compose window, and you get a notification the moment it is opened.

How many emails can I track for free?

Up to 10 tracked emails per calendar month. The counter resets on the 1st. Paid plans include unlimited tracking on Gmail and Zoho Mail.

Why does an open sometimes not show up?

Open tracking relies on a tracking image. Some email clients block images, others preload them. Tracking is a strong engagement signal, not absolute proof that a message was read.

What is a catch-all address?

A catch-all server accepts every address on a domain, even ones that do not exist. mailcheck detects those servers and flags them: the email will arrive, but we cannot confirm the specific mailbox exists.

Why is an email marked "Risky"?

Risky means the syntax and DNS are valid but the SMTP check returned an ambiguous answer. Those addresses may exist, but they carry a higher bounce risk.
