Our commitment

HYPER10N TECHNOLOGIES SAS is committed to complying with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). We apply the principles of data minimisation, purpose limitation and security by design.

Data processed by the service

The email addresses you submit for verification, and the emails you choose to track, are processed solely to deliver the service. They are never shared with third parties, used for commercial purposes, or resold.

Subprocessors

• Clerk (authentication), USA, data processing agreement in place
• Cloudflare (CDN and pages), USA, data processing agreement in place
• OVHcloud (backend servers), France, data processed in the EU
• Google Analytics (analytics), anonymised data, no cross-site cookie
• Mailgun (transactional email), EU region

Retention periods

• Verification results: 90 days
• Tracking data: for the lifetime of the account
• Account data: duration of the contract plus 3 years
• Technical logs: 12 months
• Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation)

Exercising your rights

You can exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) by emailing [email protected] with the subject "GDPR request". We handle requests within 30 days.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr
