Terms of Use
By using mailcheck, you accept these terms of use.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the mailcheck service, published by HYPER10N TECHNOLOGIES SAS. The service provides email open tracking through a browser extension, and email address verification through a web interface and a REST API.
2. Access to the service
Access requires the creation of an account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. A free tier of 10 tracked emails per calendar month is included, with no credit card required.
3. Acceptable use
The user undertakes not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Track emails or verify email addresses without a legal basis (consent, legitimate interest)
- Attempt to bypass quota limits or access other users' data
- Resell or redistribute verification results without prior agreement
- Contact email addresses obtained through the service in breach of the GDPR
4. Credits and billing
Each verification consumes one credit. Paid plans are prepaid monthly or yearly. No refund is granted for unused credits at the end of a period. HYPER10N TECHNOLOGIES SAS reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
5. Availability
HYPER10N TECHNOLOGIES SAS makes its best efforts to maintain 99.9% availability on the Pro and Agency plans. No contractual SLA is guaranteed on the Starter and Growth plans.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". HYPER10N TECHNOLOGIES SAS does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of verification results, nor that every email open will be detected. Liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user over the previous 3 months.
7. Termination
The user may terminate their account at any time. HYPER10N TECHNOLOGIES SAS reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
