Data we collect

• Account data: email address, name (through Clerk)
• Tracking data: subject, sender and recipient of the emails you explicitly choose to track, and their open events
• Usage data: imported email lists, verification results, job history
• Technical data: IP address, browser, access logs
• Billing data: credit consumption history

Purposes

• Providing the email open tracking and verification service
• Managing user accounts
• Improving the service and preventing abuse
• Service communication (updates, alerts)

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of the contract (Terms of Use) for the provision of the service, and on our legitimate interest for security and service improvement.

Retention

Verification data is kept for 90 days after the job creation date. Tracking data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, then purged. Account data is kept for the lifetime of the account, then for 3 years after deletion.

Cookies

We use cookies strictly necessary for the service to work (Clerk authentication) and anonymised analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can disable the latter in your browser settings.

Transfers outside the EU

Authentication is provided by Clerk (USA) under adequate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). The backend infrastructure is hosted in France (OVHcloud).
